Crypto wallet access recovery

Lost Access to Your Crypto Wallet?

Professional recovery assessment for forgotten passwords, partial seed phrases, old wallet files, and hardware wallet access problems. We work only with people who own the wallet they are locked out of.

  • Initial case assessment
  • Never send your full seed phrase
  • Case-by-case recovery evaluation
  • Remote international assistance

Never enter your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password into this website form.

Start with the problem you actually have

Recovery feasibility depends almost entirely on what information still exists. Pick the situation closest to yours to see what may be possible, what usually is not, and what to gather before an assessment.

Wallets we assess

Each wallet stores and protects credentials differently, which is why the realistic options differ from one to the next. These pages explain the specific mechanics rather than generic advice.

How a recovery assessment works

The assessment exists to answer one question honestly: is there a realistic technical path back into this wallet?

  1. 1

    You describe the access problem

Which wallet, which version if known, when it was created, and exactly what happens when you try to open it.

  2. 2

    You explain what information remains

Password fragments, habits and patterns, partial word lists, backup files, old devices, browser profiles, public addresses.

  3. 3

Ownership and case details are reviewed

We confirm the account belongs to you and check the described situation against how that wallet format actually works.

  4. 4

    Recovery feasibility is assessed

The remaining search space is estimated. Some cases are straightforward, some are borderline, and some are computationally impossible.

  5. 5

    Suitable next steps are provided

You receive a clear explanation of the options, what would be required, and what to do if recovery is not feasible.

How we work

Trust in this field should come from transparency and correct technical expectations, not from marketing claims.

Legitimate owners only

Assessments are for people recovering access to their own wallet or a wallet they have legally inherited. We do not attempt access on behalf of third parties.

No secrets through the public website

The public form never asks for seed words, private keys, keystore contents or wallet passwords, and you should never volunteer them.

Confidential, case-by-case evaluation

Every wallet situation is different. Nothing is copy-pasted; feasibility is judged from the specific facts you provide.

Realistic expectations, stated clearly

If a case looks unrecoverable, you will be told that directly rather than encouraged into a hopeless process.

Frequently asked questions

Can a forgotten crypto wallet password be recovered?

Sometimes. If the encrypted wallet file or vault still exists and you remember something about the password — length, character habits, candidate words, a rough structure — a targeted search can be constructed. A long, truly random password with nothing remembered about it is not realistically recoverable.

Can a partial seed phrase be recovered?

It depends on how much is missing. Recovering one or two unknown words, or fixing word order, is often computationally feasible because BIP39 checksums and the derived addresses let candidates be verified. As more words go missing, the number of combinations grows quickly and eventually exceeds what any hardware can search.

What if some seed words are missing?

Write down everything you do have, in the order you believe is correct, and note which positions are uncertain. Also note the wallet software, derivation path if known, and any address that belonged to the wallet — a known address is what makes verification possible.

Can an old wallet.dat file still be opened?

Old wallet.dat files remain readable by modern Bitcoin Core in most cases, provided the file itself is not corrupted. The usual obstacle is the encryption passphrase rather than the file format. Damaged files may sometimes yield key material even when the wallet no longer loads normally.

Can an old Bitcoin wallet be recovered?

If a backup, wallet file, disk image or exported key material still exists, there is something to work with. If the only copy of the keys was on a disk that was wiped or discarded, and no backup or seed exists, there is nothing to recover from — the coins remain on-chain but permanently unspendable.

Can MetaMask access sometimes be recovered without knowing the current password?

Only when the encrypted vault data still exists in the browser profile and something is remembered about the password, or when the seed phrase is available. Without either, the vault cannot be decrypted.

What information should I keep before contacting a recovery specialist?

Preserve everything and change nothing: do not reinstall the wallet, do not clean the drive, do not overwrite backups, and do not reset the browser profile. Make a copy of relevant files onto separate storage first.

Should I send my seed phrase through this form?

No. Never. Any service that asks for a full seed phrase, a private key or a wallet password through a website form, email or chat should be treated as a threat, regardless of how professional it appears.

Not sure whether your case is recoverable?

Describe the wallet, what happened and what information you still have. You will get an honest assessment of whether recovery is technically feasible — without sending any secret credentials.
